After hours, on weekends and holidays a telephone exchange will answer and direct all calls and/or messages to the appropriate on-call team. Email and faxed correspondence are checked only during business hours; Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After hours referrals must be called in.
