Brooks Health Care is a locally owned and operated business and Dr. Kelly J. Brooks our founder and CEO is committed to excellence. With over 40 years of clinical pharmacy experience Dr. Brooks has always emphasized superior patient care as his number one focus. “Treat every patient as if they are your mother, father, brother or sister” is a mantra Dr. Brooks lives by and instills into everyday operations at Brooks Health Care.
Kelly Brooks, PharmD has played an integral part in establishing and operating several pharmacies throughout his career. He was a partner of the first nationally accredited licensed retail pharmacy, specializing in high tech infusion therapy services, in the San Joaquin Valley. Accreditation has always been an important part of establishing the quality and credibility of Dr. Brooks’ business programs and services.
